I definitely think names are better. I much prefer Alfa Romeo having recently changed from numbers to names. From 147 to Giulietta - I know what sounds better to me...

I like the numbers more. It gives you a better idea of age and model. Like VW PASSAT, are you driving the horrible one from 1980 or the new one?
