Hi there.. Would you go through the effort of an online webcam interview before you get selected to go for a face-to-face interview?

    Totally. It's quick and cheap (no time and money needed to get to the 1st interview).

    I'd definitely do that. I've been for at least 3 interviews in the last few years where the job spec given to me by a recruiter didn't match up at all with the position being interviewed for. Kicking off with an online interview would've saved a lot of wasted time and money in those situations.
